ADU
A newly built ADU for a cherished family in Beverlywood, designed to host family and seamlessly entertain their guests with the outdoor kitchen. Our client wanted the ADU to feel colorful and fresh to invite their people into a space that felt just like their own home.
With a cozy sofa bed in the living room and a king mattress in the bedroom, this small space was designed to be able to host an entire family. The bi-folding doors let in the perfect amount of sunlight to keep the interior bright and seamlessly connect the exterior.
A built-in bookshelf and custom sectional for the main living room were important design features for our clients to welcome guests into their home. The bookshelf features a two-toned color scheme with ample cabinet space to keep their children’s toys away when they’re not at play. The brass grilles tie together the warmth of the wooden coffee table and match the bright tone of the retro tiled fireplace.
